3-Week Review After Natural Adhesion Revision Double Eyelid Surgery at Dress

The left double eyelid crease was gradually loosening and a double fold formed, so I had revision surgery. To be precise, it has been 19 days! I originally did not have major complaints about my double eyelid crease, but only one side loosened and turned into a double eyelid fold, which made it look asymmetrical, so I visited several places for revision consultations. Rather than changing the line completely, I wanted it adjusted as close as possible to the existing right-side line, and I focused on comparing places that would not push for overly aggressive surgery. During consultations, I was told that my eye-opening strength was somewhat weak, so I had natural adhesion revision surgery together with non-incisional ptosis correction. I usually did not notice it much, but they explained that in photos one eye looked less open. I was worried that, because it was revision surgery, swelling and bruising would be severe, but the swelling was not too bad. There was almost no bruising either, so daily life was not very inconvenient. That said, for the first 1 to 2 weeks I did feel the crease changing little by little. Now the double fold is gone, and the line seems to have settled down almost completely. The part that looked asymmetrical has also improved a lot compared with the beginning! I feel less strain when opening my eyes than before, and this part definitely feels more comfortable than before, haha. For anyone like me who is looking into revision surgery because only one side loosened, please be especially thorough and choose carefully!
