Literally, for a man's nose, wouldn't it be better if it were big in the first place so the surgery goes well? If you do nose surgery to make a really small nose higher, I feel like it would end up looking like Michael Jackson. What do you think??? I've seen a lot of cases with big noses getting surgery, and many turned out well, but I'm curious how they handle small noses.
