Since there is only one female director, the wait time is long. I went on a weekday afternoon, but another patient's surgery ran late, so I ended up waiting 40 minutes. 30 minutes waiting + 10 minutes waiting on the bed while only wearing a tank top..;
She wasn't especially kind, but she wasn't rude either. She just rushed in, did the procedure, and left.
But I don't think I'll go again. It feels like a waste of time. For procedures, a dermatology clinic is better after all.
The staff are extremely kind.
