A friend had it done here and recommended it, so I went in for a consultation.I have no double eyelids, but I pursue an extremely natural look, so my ideal was for only the inner and upper part to lift slightly into a subtle inner-line to thin in-line shape, with just a bit more of the inner eye visible. When I got into my late 20s, the fat in my eyelids decreased, so when I drew an in-line, semi-out, or out-line, the line formed well. In particular, a very high out-line (a fold that does not look like it was created by double-eyelid surgery, but sits so high that it becomes a sausage-eye shape) made my eyes the deepest and most prone to folds.I told the director the look I wanted. An in-line with a slight lift at the front matched my needs, but he said my eyes would keep sagging as I age, so the double-eyelid height would come down, and for long-term maintenance I would need to raise the line at least somewhat higher than I had imagined. But to me that looked too much like sausage eyes T_T I think that is because my eye structure itself is protruding, and the area just above the eyeball especially looks like the flesh sticks out more. One side has ptosis, so he recommended ptosis correction plus buried-suture surgery only on that side.I was worried because I have no visible crease, but he said my eyes are not difficult to operate on.I asked about inner canthoplasty too, but he did not recommend it because it would leave a scar.It was a bit different from what I wanted, so I was torn, but there was not a single excessive recommendation. He only suggested what I actually needed, and even when I asked a lot of questions, he did not seem annoyed and kept checking things carefully in a tsundere kind of way haha.I kept saying I wanted the line lower, but he said it is better to have surgery only once, that now matters but so do 10 or 20 years from now, and that if I lower it now it will all sag later. He spoke very objectively. So even though it did not match my needs, I came to trust the director. If someone around me says they are considering double-eyelid surgery, I think I would recommend this consultation. The prices were 880,000 won per side for buried-suture, 330,000 won per side for ptosis correction, and 660,000 won per side for inner canthoplasty. The consultation fee was 5,000 won.
