I found this place while looking for a way to remove my hip implants. They said that because of the weight of the implants I already had in, there could be some skin sagging after removal. I was thinking about removing the implants and doing fat grafting, but they said it would be hard to get much effect from fat grafting alone, and if I was worried about sagging, a hip lift would be better. They said it would require an incision, so I said I would think about it for now, but even though I went without big expectations, the consultation itself was good.
