I lived for 4 years with a filler lump sticking out of my nose I tried dissolving injections, high-frequency cannulas, and even a hospital that did Hiko just to correct the protruding step, but nothing worked.. I was so scared of surgery that I mostly got non-surgical consultations like Venus Laser, but after consulting at Choi Plastic Surgery, I decided right away to go with incisional surgery. Seeing the doctor's career, expertise, and the other reviews, I felt that the incisional surgery here would be completely reassuring. I had an open columella approach, and aside from the swelling being severe for about 3 days after surgery, it didn't hurt much and the incision healed well. I think they said I could go to work the next day, but because the swelling was so bad for about 3 days, it would probably be better not to go out if possible. I'm super satisfied with the result.. It was removed cleanly and smoothly, and people around me keep asking why I didn't do it sooner
