I waited more than an hour and a half after my scheduled time and they still didn’t call my name. They started procedures for people who had come much later than me, and by the time I was still waiting, everyone else had already finished their procedures and left I tried to understand because I figured they must be busy, but even from a common-sense point of view this was not right, so when it had gone over an hour I said something, and only then did they say I had just been checked in and to wait a bit So I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. No matter how you look at it, if it’s like this I think they should at least apologize, but there was no apology, so I remember being very upset... In the end, I paid 30 and got chin and salivary gland Botox, but the effect was really almost negligible... Of course it can vary by person, but I was not satisfied.
