I had double eyelid surgery here in 2012. I just got dragged there by my mom, but it has been about 14 years now, and there has been no loosening, only small changes from aging. My double eyelids were uneven, so they adjusted the line into an in-out shape, but one side was almost no different from having had nothing done. Back then, before anyone was doing out-fold lines, I had an out-fold line done. I still like it now, but I didn’t know about the semi-out concept, so I think semi-out might also have been fine. For a long time, I have been living through my 20s and 30s with the eyes the doctor made for me, without side effects and without the line coming undone haha.
