Eye Surgery Considerations

Hugo Review

When I arrived, there were a lot of staff sitting at the desk, but they didn't seem kind, and it felt like they were passing the responsibility of receiving patients back and forth, which made me feel, what is this? and not very cheerful. The doctor seemed busy, so I waited about 30 minutes. When he came in, he spent a long time explaining things but still looked rushed. Then, while shaping my drooping eyes with a device, he explained that this is how it would turn out and said no one else explains it in such detail. I have visited many clinics, and there are quite a few places that do explain things like that, so I found it unbelievable and a little ridiculous, but I held it in. Then he kept explaining and when I asked a question, he said something like, it sounds like you didn't understand what I said, in a slightly annoyed tone. What was absurd was that the doctor did not understand my question, while I understood everything he said. He did not grasp what I was asking, and his irritated attitude made me irritated too. If communication is like that, I pass.
