It was not as cheap as I expected, but I am satisfied that it did not hurt. I have little facial fat, so I have had cannula procedures like Juvelook and Sculptra at three places so far, and this was the least painful of all. I guess it really depends on the doctor's personality. If the doctor has a more easygoing or less sensitive personality, it somehow feels a bit more rough, if I had to describe it...
