Hi! I’m a trainer in my 30s, and making my body is my job lol. You can really change your body if you work hard enough, but the chest just does not change that way T_T I train my upper body a lot, but I still felt like I was below an A cup, so every time I wore a swimsuit or took body profile photos, I felt subtly stressed.
I built my body, but the line always felt like something was missing. After a long time thinking about it, I had breast surgery at Nana! Because of my job, the most important thing was safety, no matter what. I absolutely did not want a second surgery, even if I died, so I spent a ton of time researching online and in person and went to several consultations lol.
Since I still have to keep exercising, I definitely did not want my upper body to look bulky, and I wanted just a natural full B to C kind of look. So I went with inframammary incision + Motiva! Honestly, taking a break from exercise was so hard lol. For a trainer, it was almost as stressful as being forced not to drink at all. But I followed the doctor’s instructions as much as possible and didn’t overdo it, and the result makes me so satisfied T_T
The best part is that the shape is really natural! The bowl-like look I was most worried about, or the feeling that the chest was separate from the body, is completely absent, and the line just looks like my original chest. These days, whether I’m wearing workout clothes at the gym or a bikini, my confidence is completely different lol. I’m at the point where I think I should have done it sooner..
Women who train will really understand this, but no matter how much you build your body, volume has its limits T_T If you’re thinking about it, definitely at least go get a consultation! I’m honestly extremely satisfied lol
