I had surgery to correct a long nose and a bulbous nose, and I like a very high, glamorous, short, sharp look more than the usual style, so I printed out photos and asked them to make it as similar as possible, and it came out almost exactly like the photos. The splint is still on, but I can see the tip, so I feel like they matched my desire for the tip exactly and I'm satisfied. During the pre-op consultation, the director suggested that maybe it would be better to make it a little more natural than the photo, but my taste was firm, so I asked them to follow the photo. The director seems to prefer natural over glamorous, but I could still see an effort to reflect the patient's needs
