I had breast surgery once before, and visually it looked like the implant had dropped downward, so I was sure it was bottoming out and went for a revision consultation. Since it was a revision, I was recommended a place that carefully diagnoses the condition of the breasts, so I went there and Director Park Jihoon at [Clinic A] diagnosed it with a hawk eye. It turned out I wasn’t a bottoming-out case at all; the first surgery had simply been designed too long T_T. For the revision, we decided to increase the implant size and also fill the deficient upper volume with hybrid fat grafting. During the consultation, the director explained the surgical plan and the predicted results after surgery in detail, so I felt at ease. If you look at the photos from the first surgery, you can tell my breasts were completely sagging, like they were hanging on my stomach ^^... After the surgery, the director personally explained what my breast condition had been like and how the operation had been performed. In the first surgery, the design ran too long from the lower fold to the nipple, and too much was carved out on the inner side, along with symmastia lol. So this time, while correcting the scarred area, the director also improved the symmastia. They said they would preserve the upper volume as much as possible and improve the shape of the lower part, and even though it’s only been about 2 weeks since surgery, I already love the shape so much T_T Since this wasn’t an easy surgery, they also paid close attention to my condition at every follow-up, even to details like how I was feeling, so after surgery I could just focus on recovery without worrying. It felt like the director would take full responsibility and look after everything lol. Since it was a revision surgery, I felt choosing the hospital was extremely important, so I put in a lot of time and effort researching, and I’m so glad I did!!!!
