On April 30, 2025, I had a detailed consultation with Manager Kim Sain at The Plastic Surgery, and it took about an hour.
Since Dr. Ock Jaejin was said to be a Motiva key doctor, I decided to have the surgery with Dr. Ock Jaejin. Because my upper chest was sunken, I decided on full Motiva implants, 375 cc on the left and 400 cc on the right, with an inframammary incision and axillary fat removal as well, and scheduled the surgery for one week later.
The surgery ended without any problems, and I was told that during the operation the implants were too large, so they were inserted as 355/375. My bra size changed from 75A to 75D/E.
I was scared because of the general anesthesia, but when I closed and opened my eyes, the surgery was already over. It hurt until day 3, but after that I could go back to daily life, and after one week the pain had decreased a lot. The remaining swelling and the firm feeling in my breasts gradually went away after 6 months, and now that it’s been a year, they look completely natural and the texture feels much better!
Fortunately, I didn’t have any of the side effects I was worried about, and the inframammary incision area has also faded a lot. I’m so satisfied every time I get dressed now.
