Finally, it's been a month since my surgery at Sway, so I went to see the doctor and get a progress check-up. The doctor said that even though my breasts are wide-set, the shape has been shaped really well and the tissue has loosened up nicely, so the progress is very good haha. My nipples point outward, so I had wide-set breasts and was told to be careful about side slipping! Because of that, I'm still being told to keep wearing the Dorothy and bra They adjusted the bra hook a bit more inward, and since my next check-up is at the 3-month mark, I think I'll probably be wearing the bra even when I sleep until then... The doctor said I can exercise now, so I bought the Nike sports bra recommended by the manager and passed the check, and since upper-body workouts are still off-limits, I'm going to try doing mainly cardio plus a little lower-body exercise and stretching!! Also, after surgery I went once a week to get CAPS treatment. At first I thought, is the tissue loosening..? Is the sensation really improving, or is it still just tight and hard? But these days when I come back after treatment, it's a bit soft by evening? That's so fascinating haha. For sure, with treatment and time, the tissue seems to loosen a lot and the feeling seems to get better too. And above all, the fit of clothes has become legendary... Wearing something tight now gives me confidence I didn't have before haha. I hope the tissue loosens up quickly and the breast settles well so it can feel like my own breast
