After surgery I had painless recovery, with no pain. At 1 month after surgery, the swelling on one side was going down more slowly than the other side, so I wore a compression band for 2 more weeks. I used to like weight training, but I was worried about capsular contracture, so I quit entirely, and even in daily life I was careful about lifting water bottles. I was so worried about the breasts sticking together that I kept trying to manage them on my own. I got acne on the chest area, and there is a little sweat under the breasts, but the fit of clothes is good. It has already been well over 6 months, and I am happy that I got the large chest I wanted. I hope we can stay friendly without contracture.
