I had breast surgery at [Clinic D] in Busan, and now it's been 3 months!! At the 3-month mark, the lower and side areas have definitely become softer..! The upper part still feels a bit firm, but it seems to be getting more natural little by little.
There is almost no pain, and only once in a while I feel a slight tingling sensation or a bit of stiffness when I wake up after sleeping..? I can do light upper-body workouts excluding running, and even exercises that use the chest muscles, like planks, are possible. It hurts every time I get the scar laser treatment, but I can definitely see the scars gradually fading, so I keep going back for regular care.
I had pretty severe swelling after the surgery, but I think it went down quickly because I walked a lot and relaxed with warm showers. Even after one month, there was still some swelling in the upper part of the breasts, but after radiofrequency treatment, it definitely loosened up and became softer. The left and right sides swelled differently, so the staff focused more on the side with more swelling, and I really liked that they cared for it manually like that!
During these 3 months, every time I went to the hospital, the doctor checked me carefully, the staff were kind, and there wasn't much waiting, so that was great! More than anything, I'm so satisfied with the breast surgery itself that I'm wondering why I didn't do it sooner... I am just waiting for the feel to become a little softer and the scars to look more natural! And the breast trouble I was worried about disappeared like a lie after the 2-month mark. lol
I bought and wore sports bras from Codes Combine and Calvin Klein, and I'm wearing size 70D~ They say I can wear regular bras now, but there aren't many pretty 70D bras, so that's become a minor problem.. heh. It's a happy worry. I love being able to wear cute clothes freely in the summer!
