Review of revision breast surgery for capsular contracture and rupture at Fore Plastic Surgery

I had breast augmentation a long time ago using Motiva through a periareolar incision, and after that the left side stayed hard and my breasts were lifted up. About 20 years passed, and when I went for a health checkup I learned that the breast on that side had capsular contracture and that both implants had ruptured. It has been about a month and a half since the surgery now. They cleanly removed the capsular contracture and the ruptured implants through an inframammary approach. The left breast and nipple had been much higher because the capsular contracture was severe, but after the surgery they were aligned almost the same. I still sometimes feel pulling and little stabbing pains, but it has only been a month and a half, and they said it is not yet fully settled, so I am being careful. Even so, I am very satisfied that they performed the surgery neatly through the inframammary route without leaving a scar on the lower breast crease, and I am happy that the result is good.
