I really spent a lot of time thinking and worrying before getting breast surgery. I really had almost no chest at all, and since I like working out and have relatively low body fat, whether I was dressed or undressed, looking at my body made me feel like I really could not avoid considering breast surgery. I visited after being introduced by someone I knew, and I kind of poured out all my frustration during the consultation. The doctor listened to my story really well, and I was so grateful that I nearly teared up on the way home after surgery. Seeing old photos again after such a long time feels really different. The symmetry is good, and now the feel is also very soft. The scar in my armpit is not visible at all. I had just been forgetting about it for a while, but they told me to come in for an ultrasound check, so I visited, and I was still grateful that they continue to care, so I decided to write this.
