I'm a skinny-boned body type, so I worked really hard comparing and researching to avoid ending up with a bowl shape, and I got Motiva breast implants, and it feels like a complete success!!! This was at Grace Plastic Surgery, with 335 on the left and 315 on the right. I was thinking about fat grafting, but I went with implants for the framework, and I really think I made the right choice lol I worried a lot right up until the day before surgery about upper fullness and the bowl shape, but I'm glad I kept going, me!! If you want to make a pretty U-line like me, you can do it here with vertical repositioning lol
