I had breast fat grafting 13 years ago, and a few years later I had breast augmentation with Sebin implants. First of all, I personally do not recommend fat grafting!
And after my first breast surgery, the shape was like that, and my nipples were pointing too far downward... I had a revision at Wooa, and at the consultation they said the sagging itself would be difficult to improve with breast surgery alone, but they could improve the downward-facing nipples.
They rebuilt the muscle, removed the capsule, and replaced the implant with Mentor. First of all, I like the shape, of course. It seems much more natural than before, and the shape came out pretty. The direction of the nipples, which were pointing completely downward, was improved too, and I didn’t increase the size any further.
