Breast Augmentation, Day 7. A Real Review Including Accessory Breast Removal!

I finally get to write my review! First of all, I really looked up reviews here until I fell asleep at night, and they helped me so much. Luckily, I think I won the no-pain lottery. It hurt less than I expected, and I could move on the day of surgery. From the next day I even went on walks, and I only had to be a little careful when getting up and lying down. I had Motiva Demi 300 and 320, with an inframammary incision and dual plane! As you can see, I had basically no tissue at all .. I was an AA cup. I am 161 cm and 47 kg, and my chest circumference is only 69, so I am on the small side. I also have no hips and my waist is very slim, so I thought it would look weird if only my breasts became huge, so I asked them to make it as natural as possible but still quite large (?) haha. The reason I ended up going with Dr. Seong Kiuk was that he really noticed even very subtle differences with great care. I breastfed for a long time, so even though I barely had any breast tissue, my left breast was larger (milk only filled the left side). He noticed that and suggested putting in sizes about 20 cc different. Other places told me to put in the same size everywhere .. So I decided that choosing the clinic based on the doctor was the right call. It is only been a week, so my breasts still feel tight and my nipples are like rocket launchers, and I have no sensation at all below the breasts, but I guess it will gradually get better? For reference, removing the accessory breast was hardly painful at all! It was not severe, but I thought it would be better to do it while I was at it, so I had it removed, and I think I made the right choice. The bruising, though, is enormous ... haha. There is almost no bruising from the breast augmentation itself; all of it is from the accessory breast removal (no discomfort though). The size is actually about 30 percent bigger than in the photos! For now I am satisfied with the shape too!
