Pre-op upper body measurements: bust 70, chest circumference 66, breast width 11.25 cm / breasts were different in position and size, and I had a barrel chest, with accessory breast tissue Procedure: Motiva Preserve + hybrid / accessory breast tissue removal Implants: left: Demi 215 / right: Demi 245 (the breasts were asymmetric and different in size, so different sizes were used) It has been 1 month since the Preserve surgery! Having a barrel chest with no breast fat was a lifelong complex, so I am really glad it was solved.. From one month onward I could wear a sports bra without an upper band, so it is extremely comfortable for now haha At the moment I have no breast pain, the swelling seems almost gone, and the texture is still firm. I have no discomfort in daily life, and clothes fit much better, so I am very satisfied. Now it seems all I need is good scar care. If you want a definitely faster recovery, I recommend the Preserve surgery~
