The fat around my nasolabial folds was the worst, so I went to get that liposuctioned, and after a consultation with the director, I ended up getting double chin surgery too. I even had some surgery called Magic V..! The director has a very straightforward, nice personality and gave a professional diagnosis, so that is part of why I originally went in for just the nasolabial folds but ended up doing the double chin too lol After the consultation, I set a date. On the day of surgery, I left with plenty of time so I would not be late and arrived a bit early, but as soon as the time came, they guided me in right away without any waiting, all very efficiently. Even if you arrive on time, there are plenty of places where you still have to wait, so I liked that they guided me immediately when it was time. Right after surgery, I had a slight pulling sensation and a bit of a headache because of the compression band, but after taking Tylenol it got better quickly. Also, the moment I removed the compression band on the day it was taken off, what really stood out was that my cheeks and double chin were gone, almost like a skull compared with before. I looked thinner, so I really think it was a great decision to have the surgery, amazing lol Oh, and personally, when removing the tape, the skin got a bit irritated, so there could be marks from the injections, which is why I think aftercare needs attention. I also carelessly left it alone for a day after removing it, and then started taking care of it seriously from the next day, so thankfully no marks were left and I recovered well. Even if there is no major bruising or swelling, if you want to recover well, it is better to casually postpone any important appointments or going out for about a week. The director planned everything for me, so I am satisfied now, but if I gain more fat in my face later, then I want to do my nasolabial folds and cheekbones again at that time. If you have a lot of side facial fat and a blunt-looking chin, go for liposuction!!!
