Review of paranasal augmentation surgery!!! + nasal tip cartilage binding

Because the hollows beside my nose and my nasolabial folds always made my face look completely different depending on the lighting in photos, it was really stressful When taking selfies, it was almost essential to face the light straight on, tilt my face up a little, and then erase the nasolabial folds with editing... At the consultation, the doctor immediately saw my photos and said the areas beside my nose were quite sunken, then recommended 8 mm. They said I would really be satisfied afterward, and in the end that was exactly right Right after surgery, I thought, Should I have done 9 mm? and regretted it a little, but after removing the stitches and once the swelling went down a bit, I tried taking selfies with makeup on and realized the nasolabial shadows were almost invisible no matter where I took the photo, so I was extremely satisfied!!! Amazing😍 I had the cartilage binding done together while I was already getting the paranasal augmentation, and the doctor lifted it very naturally without overdoing it. I am very satisfied with that too 😍 There are a lot of stories that paranasal augmentation can cause a monkey-like appearance or lengthen the philtrum as side effects, but the monkey-like appearance seems to mostly return naturally as the swelling goes down!! That said, the philtrum does definitely look a little longer Still, the hollows beside my nose were such a huge stress for me that I am satisfied enough to accept that much! 😊 For reference, I had it done with silicone because I heard silicone is easier to remove later!
