First of all, it had been a little over a month since surgery, so I went in for a checkup. I took photos and waited, and they really moved things along quickly, which I liked a lot! Honestly, after surgery, once 2-3 weeks had passed I was eating almost normally, so I worried maybe a nonunion would happen, but thankfully it had healed well, and they said the surgery went well, which reassured me The swelling has been going down well, and they told me to come back in two months, so I made another appointment. But even I could see the swelling had gone down well, so I was really satisfied with the surgery. People around me also kept saying I had somehow gotten prettier. Some people asked what I had done, but the surgery was so unnoticeable that they all thought I had just lost weight lol But I also felt my face had become smaller and the lines of my face softer, so I’m very satisfied! And my smile became more natural and prettier! I used to smile awkwardly.. Anyway, I’m extremely satisfied!! If you’re really stressed about prominent cheekbones or a peanut-shaped face, I recommend cheekbone surgery.
