I got a lot of help from this community when I was looking for a hospital, so I’m leaving a review. I carefully chose and went to two places for consultations. (I was going to go to one more place, but I couldn’t because the consultation date could only be scheduled for a month later.) A friend recommended another doctor at TS, but after reading the reviews, I liked Dr. Kim Gi-jae’s reviews more, so I had the surgery after my consultation. Because it was winter break, the number of people waiting for surgery was enormous. Luckily, I was able to finish the surgery in a short time and go home. To reduce swelling, I slept with my pillow elevated for a week, kept walking and moving, and worked hard to take the swelling medicine I bought from the pharmacy on the first floor of the hospital building. Oh! I also took the recovery supplement advertised on Instagram after surgery. My skin is on the sensitive side, so the bruising lasted a while, but thanks to the swelling management, the swelling went down quickly. It’s been about 3 months since surgery now, and as I’ve been going about my daily life, it has settled in more naturally.
