Eye Surgery Reviews

One and a half month review of revision double eyelid surgery

Usually, when I relaxed my eyes, they did not look very clear, and if I tried to force my eyes open, my forehead kept tensing up, so I started considering revision surgery.

Since it was a revision, I really looked up a lot of reviews, comparing both social media and communities. After visiting several hospitals, I went for a consultation at Dress Plastic Surgery because it was a place whose line style suited my taste, and the doctor seemed to focus a lot on eye surgery, so I decided after the consultation.

When I explained the feeling I wanted during the consultation, they explained a natural adhesion revision double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty direction, and because they explained why each part was needed, I understood it well.

I was a bit worried because it was a revision, but it did not feel like they were pushing too hard, and it felt like they were explaining the directions that were possible for my eyes.

I had been thinking about the canthoplasty part anyway, and doing it together definitely made the horizontal width of my eyes look more open than before. But because I had dual canthoplasty, the recovery period took a little longer than when I had only the double eyelid surgery.

Still, the discomfort was not as bad as I expected, and the swelling went down naturally over time. The line is also shaped well without being too thick, and my eyes feel easier to open than before, so I am fairly satisfied.

If you are thinking about revision surgery, I recommend going for a consultation.
