3-Way Revision Review for Outer Canthoplasty

This is my 3-month review of the 3-way outer canthoplasty revision I had at Barabon. Before surgery, the area that had been widened at the outer corner looked awkwardly open, and I also did not like the shape of the eye end, so I kept worrying about it. Especially when I smiled or made expressions, the eye corner looked unnatural, which was my biggest concern. After the revision surgery, there was some swelling and tightness at first, but as time passed it gradually settled into a more natural shape, and after about 3 months the eye corner shape feels much more stable. The look of it being overly open or unnatural has improved a lot, and overall my eye shape has become much more comfortable and natural. More than anything, I am happiest that it was restored naturally without feeling overly closed off. My eyes look more neat than before, and my impression seems softer too, so I am satisfied every time I look in the mirror. I was worried a lot at first because it was a revision surgery, but now I think I made the right choice. At the 3-month mark, the scar is not very noticeable, and the shape has settled well, so I am satisfied with the result.
