11-month review of autologous rib cartilage nose surgery + facial fat grafting

It's already been 11 months since I had autologous rib cartilage nose surgery + full-face fat grafting! Time really flies, and now it feels more like my own face than a face that had surgery My nose used to have a hump, bulbous tip, and crooked shape all together, so both from the front and from the side, my nose was always my biggest source of stress. Especially in photos, my nose looked wider, and it felt even bigger when I smiled, which bothered me so much So I had surgery with an overall line-shaping approach, including osteotomy, and I also had fat grafting to the forehead, temples, front cheeks, side cheeks, and nasolabial folds at the same time. Now that I think about it, doing the fat grafting together was really a brilliant move. It wasn't just the nose that changed; the whole face looks much softer and more three-dimensional now.The 11-month mark is when the nose line definitely feels fully settled. The swelling is basically gone, and the line blends into my face so naturally that I'm very satisfied. When viewed from the side, the hump area falls smoothly without that bump, and from the front the bulbous-nose look has really reduced a lot, so the stress when taking photos has almost disappeared The crooked nose used to show quite a bit in photos too, but now you wouldn't really notice it unless you looked very carefully, and the overall balance feels so much better that I'm extremely satisfied. The touch also became much softer compared with the early stage, and there isn't any particular foreign-body feeling or discomfort, so now it just feels like my original nose haha
