I had been deliberating because my nose was big and blunt, so I found a clinic that does very natural results and had surgery. It turned out naturally and nicely. I was worried it would look too obvious, but it doesn't look obvious at all and was done only to the extent of improvement. The people around me also say it doesn't look obvious at all. I was worried about pain after the surgery too, but there wasn't much, only some discomfort. The consultation director and the clinic staff were all kind, and the director has a lot of experience, so they make things turn out naturally just the way you want.
