Hello, I had alar reduction and a nose tip cartilage binding procedure, and now it has been two months! After the surgery, once a month had passed, I was able to smile comfortably and make all kinds of expressions!(In the beginning, there was some tightness, and I was careful because of the incision site!) The nose tip cartilage binding is still a little hard, but they said it will become soft over time. Even though it is hard, it is not uncomfortable at all!!
