I had nose surgery once before, but as time passed, the tip started to look like it was drooping more and more, and from the front it felt too blunt and spread out.. The first surgery was something I chose because I wanted a natural look, but once it settled, I started thinking maybe I should have gone more glamorous.. maybe prettier.. Especially after some time passed, when seen in photos from the side, the tip looked a little droopy and the midface seemed longer too, so it bothered me every time I took pictures, which is why I had a revision. When I consulted for the revision, I told them I did not want an awkwardly natural look and that I wanted to go fully glamorous! The doctor explained that to make it look glamorous without seeming outdated, they needed to adjust both the tip direction and the short-nose look together, and once I heard that, it immediately made sense to me.Now I am 3 months out, and it really feels like the exact straight-but-slightly-upturned vibe I wanted!!Before surgery, when seen from a diagonal angle, the tip looked round and spread out, but now that the tip has more height, the face itself looks much clearer and my facial fat even looks thinner ㅎㄷㄷ The feel from the bridge all the way to the tip is naturally glamorous, so taking photos is the best these days Since it was a revision, I honestly worried a lot, but they kept the line from becoming too extreme while still giving me exactly the glamorous look I wanted. I finally understand why people say the surgeon's design is so important for noses..!
