Because my previous nose surgery used silicone, over time it naturally sagged, and at some point I started noticing something protruding at the tip of my nose. I felt anxious and also had nasal congestion, so I looked into revision nose surgery. Since this was a revision plus a functional procedure at the same time, I looked for a surgeon with really good hands and decided on [Clinic B]! They removed the standard silicone and replaced it with a custom implant, and for the tip they used autologous costal cartilage. Since they also improved the septum and rhinitis, breathing feels comfortable now. On top of that, the tip that had made me anxious is now firmly fixed, so I feel relieved. My nose went from looking outdated to looking refined, and people around me keep telling me I look prettier and giving me compliments that I look more feminine, which makes me so happy. It feels like there will be no more nose surgery in my life. Thank you for making it perfect without missing either the functional or aesthetic side.
