My nasal bridge was low, the nose tip was round, and my nose looked flat overall, so I always thought it would be better if it had more definition. I also wanted my double eyelid line to show a bit more. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to have surgery, and after going to several consultations, I chose to have the surgery at Lowell Plastic Surgery. They were incredibly careful and thorough during the consultation. From the manager to Director Kim Jae-yun, they kept explaining from the beginning how the proportions would be adjusted safely, and I felt trust because they were not just aiming to make me pretty, but to make it natural and harmonious. Also, I thought doing both eyes and nose would be expensive, but fortunately, the app reviews saying there was no extra charge except for the custom implant were true, so I was able to get eye surgery, nose surgery, and forehead fat grafting at a pretty good value. On the day of surgery, aside from the discomfort of not being able to breathe because of the cotton inside my nose and having to breathe through my mouth, there was not much else that was difficult. For my nasal bridge, I used a 3D implant called SoFit, and for the tip I used autologous costal cartilage. I also had incisional double-eyelid surgery and eye correction! Since I did forehead fat grafting too, they took fat from my thighs, and apart from some soreness, it was not especially painful or difficult at all (though that may differ from person to person!). But the bruising on the double eyelids seemed to last a long time. The swelling went down enough at the 3-week mark that it no longer interfered with daily life, and the line started to show. It has been a little under a month now, and my face definitely looks more defined. People around me also say I look more feminine and better balanced, so I am satisfied and going about daily life comfortably without any issues. It really does feel like getting nose surgery on a low, round nose changes the image and makes you look much prettier. I will write another review once the swelling goes down more!
