It's been a little over a month since the surgery, and the swelling has gone down quite a bit, so I'm leaving a review. I also looked up a lot of reviews on this community before surgery, so I hope this helps someone else. My nose itself was on the low side, but what stressed me out the most was that it looked wide from the front. Especially in photos, I hated how the tip looked blunt, so after worrying about it for a long time, I finally had surgery. I had a consultation with Doctor Lee Ji-hwan, and he didn't over-recommend anything but explained the surgical method that suited me well, and explaining it together with the CT made me trust it more. I used a custom implant and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage, and I emphasized a lot that I did not want the tip to be too upturned. The surgery day passed faster than expected, and after the anesthesia wore off, the worst parts were the very dry throat and the blocked-nose feeling. The pain was not at an extremely severe level, but it felt like pressure? On the first day I could hardly sleep properly. The swelling peaked around day 3 to day 4, and there was a little yellow bruising. Honestly, at that time I wondered if I had done it for nothing, but after a week and the splint came off, the line looked better than I expected, so I felt relieved haha. Right now the major swelling is almost gone and only slight residual swelling remains, but people around me keep saying I look more defined. I didn't want a nose that looked too obvious, and it feels like it changed just the right amount, so I'm satisfied. I still need to wait longer for everything to fully settle, but so far I'm happy with it.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewMay 15 Feels like the bulbous tip finally got fully fixed? haha
Just a textbook case of bulbous tip not being fully corrected.... I heard that for a bulbous tip, instead of aiming for a very natural look, you need to make it into a more refined line, and that is what gets it fixed in one go, so I…

I wrote a review last time too, and the response was so good that I’m writing another one haha My nose wasn’t low to begin with, but the area between the eyes looked sunken, and I had a fleshy tip and a dorsal hump, so I always thought my…

Because I had a bulbous nose, when I was looking into nose surgery, the things I thought were most important were correcting it so the nostrils wouldn't show from the front and having surgery that would give me a natural, elegant straight…
