My natural nose was seriously super low, so I had 5 mm put in I think it’s inflammation, so I do have to remove the silicone, but the clinic I consulted at suggested putting in Megaderm.. But I only still care about the nasal tip, and I’m okay with the bridge being low.. I wonder if it’ll be okay ㅠㅠ The tip has no issues, so we decided to keep using it as is!! There aren’t many reviews on Megaderm ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
