3-month review of nose surgery without implants at Clinic A

>>> (For the surgery scouting and day-of to 1-month review, please refer to my previous post ^^) I went for my 3-month follow-up ~😗 Clinic A rhinoplasty without implants for a drooping hump nose! At first I was really worried about using rib cartilage, but Director Kim Da-alm told me that it would be high enough even without using rib cartilage. He showed me photos while reassuring me that I could raise it sufficiently and not too much with autologous ear cartilage, which would also cost less Looking at my reborn nose, I really do think a thousand times over that I had the surgery well.. 🥰 He still explains everything in detail. He said the tiny bending that had been bothering me was within the normal range, and that it was probably just me seeing it (right?..) and that my nose was now almost stabilized. The nostril shape changed from round to oval. The incision scar has almost completely healed too, and it is barely noticeable. From the side, it really has a sharp edge. Compared with the photo of my original complaining nose, it is almost moving. As time passed, the nose that had been set up quite high right after surgery gradually came down about 1.5 mm to match my face better and settled in beautifully. For people who want a natural, easy kind of look, Clinic A is definitely the best place for that. ♥︎ T_T (tears of emotion..) The tip and columella look just right! There is very little pain, and because it looks natural, I kept wondering if I really had surgery? and lived comfortably as if it were my own original nose. The point that they consulted with me while prioritizing harmony with my face matched my aesthetic taste perfectly, and my goal was to have surgery that did not look obvious. When I meet friends who do not know my news after a long time, they do not say anything. It looks just like my original nose, so no one notices. Ah! I finally got permission to blow my nose lol Until now I had absolutely not blown it and only very carefully used cotton swabs, but now I am free ~!! I hope it stays settled like this and does not come down any further. I am becoming more satisfied over time because it is settling in naturally with almost no sign that I had surgery. I think quite a lot of people also come for implants or Inofit?? Actually, during the more than one month while I was waiting for my surgery date, I also wondered if I should do a flashy nose since I was already going to have surgery once, and I considered Inofit too (because of my discomfort with implants, even though I was greedy..) I remember what the counseling manager said then: once all the consultations, worries, and decisions you made at the beginning start to shake, it becomes uncontrollably hard, so do not lose your original intention. Thanks to the manager here too, I was able to make a calm decision T_T (Manager Go Han-gyeol 🫶🏻) In my personal opinion, Clinic A is a place that consults in a way that matches my face, without overtreatment or excess.
