Is it normal that if a columellar strut is inserted, the philtrum gets pulled up and becomes longer? Honestly, my columella wasn’t even retracted to begin with, but they put in a columellar strut and now only my philtrum is longer, and I look like an Australopithecus, and my upper lip is just tucked in while my philtrum is already a mile long, I want to die.. If I get revision surgery in 6 months, would it be okay to remove it then? Please tell me ha
