It has been 2 months since I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery at Tobi Plastic Surgery Hospital~ I got the surgery because my under-eye dark circles always bothered me, and now all of the remaining swelling has gone down. The surgeon clearly explained which parts would improve and which parts would not during the consultation, so personally I am satisfied!
