Photos 1-2: Before cosmetic surgery Photos 3-4: After cosmetic surgery (non-incisional ptosis correction, front canthoplasty) (9 months after) Photos 5-6: After revision surgery (right-side non-incisional ptosis correction strengthened, under-eye wrinkle removal) (8 days after) (feat. received as an after-service from the place that did the first surgery) Reason for revision surgery: asymmetry (the double eyelid line on the right eye is much more visible than on the left) 1. It seems like my right eye opens less than my left eye (check the difference in the visible pupil size) -> I wanted to strengthen the opening force of the right eye. 2. A wrinkle (vertical) appeared under the right eye, which was not there before the cosmetic surgery -> I wanted it removed. Results 1. Even assuming there is still swelling, the opening strength still does not seem to have improved much. 2. The under-eye wrinkle also did not improve much. What I want to ask other members 1. Whether there is asymmetry - the hospital says I am being too sensitive, that perfect symmetry cannot be achieved, and that this was a successful surgery. Am I really just being oversensitive? 2. It has been 8 days since the revision surgery. Is it right to do an early re-correction for undercorrection, or should I wait another 6 months? 3. The double eyelid line seems similar on the left and right when I look at photos with my eyes closed. But when my eyes are open, only the right eye shows the double eyelid line very clearly. If the opening strength is increased more, will the symmetry improve to some degree? Or should I try another method? 4. If I try another method, I want surgery at a different hospital, not this one. Please recommend a hospital that is good at revision surgery.
