Now I no longer touch the face line when photoshopping pictures

Rather than my face shape being uneven, it's more that fat is gathered under my double chin, so retouching was awkward and left shadows;; so I often stopped because editing made it look even weirder, but after facial liposuction there really is no need to touch the face shape when editing photos. To be honest, I had originally been thinking about a procedure first, then switched to surgery because I wanted something with a clearly visible effect, and at first I was a little nervous since it was liposuction. But my worries were unnecessary and it turned out better than I expected. Still, I had to be careful about bending my head down, and the soreness and pulling around the jawline lasted for about 1-2 weeks, I think. Honestly, the hardest part was the compression garment........ They say to wear it on and off for 3 months, but why am I so lazy about it... T_T Every time I wear it I get a headache, and I keep forgetting too.... It's so annoying that lately I actually haven't been doing it much, but they said it's better to keep doing it properly at each follow-up, so I can't completely let it go. But even though I haven't been very diligent with the compression garment, the swelling is really not much. The photos after surgery were taken at week 4 (recently), and it's almost one month now, so the swelling has gone down to a certain extent. As I said above, I originally was thinking about procedures first, so I went to consult at several dermatology clinics, and one honest director sent me back saying that burning fat with lifting treatments like InMode would be inefficient in terms of time and cost, and told me to look into facial liposuction instead... So before surgery I even had ultrasound and other tests, then had the operation........... Right after surgery there was some discomfort from swelling + compression garment discomfort + soreness when opening my mouth, but not to the point that I couldn't go about daily life. It didn't really hurt or anything, and recovery was faster than I expected!!! After surgery I got radiofrequency, laser, and LDM, and so on, and while post-op care is important, I think the doctor's skill and things like that matter even more. After the liposuction I understood why the dermatology clinic had recommended facial liposuction.... The jawline that emerged after removing the fat is the kind of jawline that would probably have needed to be maintained with procedures for a long time if I had done it that way. What's left now is managing the post-op fibrosis, and they said it'll probably take about 3-5 months for that to fully go down, so even though the compression garment is annoying, I'll keep managing it diligently.
