It has already been 3 months since I had double eyelid surgery at Grida Plastic Surgery, and now all the swelling has gone down, the double eyelid line has fully settled, and the awkwardness I felt right after surgery has almost disappeared. It feels like the double eyelid line has become one with the skin, so it does not look artificially created at all and feels as natural as if it had always been there, which I really like. Opening my eyes also feels much more comfortable than before, and at some point I noticed that my habit of lifting my chin had naturally disappeared. More than anything, the biggest change is that I used to feel burdened just taking photos, but these days photos feel much easier and I’m happy with how they turn out, so even I’m surprised. People around me also keep saying things like, “Your eyes look more gentle” and “Your impression looks a lot softer,” and I feel proud every time I hear that. What was especially surprising is that people I recently met often do not realize at all that I had double eyelid surgery. That shows just how naturally the line was completed, so I’m satisfied. If you are thinking about surgery, I recommend getting a consultation directly with Director Kim Hyun-soo rather than spending a long time vaguely worrying like I did!
