I was worried that the proportion of my face taken up by my nose was unusually large. In particular, when I took photos with a camera, it felt even more pronounced.. I was also worried about side effects from building up the bridge, and rather than a nose that changes dramatically, I wanted to change only the image in a natural way, so I decided on nostril reduction, which has relatively few side effects!! I thought it was not a major surgery, so I had it done at a plastic surgery clinic in Seomyeon, Busan, close to my home. Personally, I do wish it had been reduced just a little more, but when I look at the photos before surgery, the change seems big, so I am satisfied. If it had been reduced more, it might have looked unnatural instead. At the two-week mark after surgery, I met my parents and acquaintances without makeup, and no one noticed. I am very satisfied that only my nostrils were reduced so naturally, and the scar is hidden well enough that it is not noticeable. As the swelling goes down, my nostrils feel wider than they did right before surgery, but I think that is natural, and I am already looking forward to the shape becoming even more natural in a month or two.
