I had surgery for bulbous tip correction + no implant + donated rib cartilage. They built the nasal column with donated rib cartilage, placed one piece of ear cartilage on the tip, and filled the step-off with ear cartilage, but... it's Pinocchio. In person it feels even more like that. I was clearly told to do it without overcorrection, but I really can't sleep and I'm going crazy. Today is day 20 and I have an early revision consultation tomorrow.. Seniors, should I get an early correction, or in this case is early removal of only the donated rib cartilage possible? If you can, please share your opinions and direction in the comments.. I desperately need help.
