Nose Surgery Reviews

Rhinoplasty review at a plastic surgery clinic in Seomyeon, Busan

It has been about 2 weeks since my surgery. I had been stressed about a deviated septum, a crooked nose, and maybe a bulbous nose. I had been thinking about nose surgery for years and kept putting it off, but I finally made up my mind and started looking into it. Busan seemed to be famous for plastic surgery, so I went to consultations at several well-known places. The other places also gave me roughly similar consultations about my concerns, but the [Doctor A] at the Seomyeon plastic surgery clinic was the only one who described my nose situation exactly as I had been worrying about it. And when I asked during the consultation whether I really had to have osteotomy because I was scared of it, they said correction would not be possible without it. After hearing that, I decided this was the place for me. I have always had trouble breathing, and after getting an X-ray, they found that my septum was deviated. I decided to proceed with a functional nose surgery for rhinitis along with cosmetic nose surgery without an implant. I also had the crooked nose and bulbous nose corrected at the same time. I had sedation anesthesia and fell asleep for a while, then woke up and the surgery was over. They also provided me with pain relief injections, so I was able to get through it without pain. The four days with cotton stuffed inside my nose were miserable, but other than that there was nothing especially difficult, and they also took care of my nose regularly, which was reassuring. Now I’m at the 2-week mark and the splint that had been on my nose bridge has been removed, and even though swelling remains, I can feel that my nose has become sharper. I’m now just waiting for the day all the swelling fully goes down. Also, all the staff were kind, and the manager was not just saying sweet things but gave realistic advice, which helped me decide. I hope good results come to everyone who has already had surgery and everyone who will have it in the future. (Me too)
