It has been almost 5 months since I had natural adhesion and upper canthoplasty in January, and there is absolutely no scar. Even with my eyes closed, it does not show, so no one would know unless I said something. Because of the Mongolian fold, I told the surgeon I wanted the line as high as possible and left it to them. I feel like it came out perfectly suited to my face, so I am very satisfied!
