I’m entering my 3rd week after revision surgery, but could the columella really shift to one side just from swelling..? I feel like it looked better before, so I’m really depressed... I regret touching it for no reason and only ending up with regret.........Could the swelling be severe because of the osteotomy and hump..? The hospital says it should get better as the tip swelling goes down, but honestly I wonder if swelling alone could make it shift like this
