Before the revision, I used to look in the mirror every day to check how much more drooped it had gotten, but after the surgery, honestly, it's all gone~~~ When seen from the side, the bridge contour difference was absurd (I didn't have a hump), and from the front, even though it was a surgically altered nose, it still looked like a bulbous nose, so I was really upset. What I wanted from this revision surgery First. A straight-to-slightly-curved line. Even at my first surgery, I asked for a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but I ended up with a disastrous line,,, Right after the surgery, it was just a shape without that bridge step. If you traced it with a line... would it have been pretty Second. Durability. Honestly, unless you have a friend who personally had the surgery, it's hard to verify durability, right? So what I did was comment on review posts from a few years ago or send private messages, and I tried everything I could! If I sent 10 messages, I got replies maybe 1 or 2 times,,,, Third. Bulbous-nose correction. Even at my first surgery, I had bulbous-nose correction done,,,, Every clinic director I consulted with said I had really just had silicone plopped on there.... So it couldn't stay in place for long, and the shape ended up looking bulky too... If it had gone wrong, I could have gotten inflammation.... If you're not skilled, don't do surgery, please (Even if you ask in the comments to tell you the first clinic, I can't tell you. Sorry...) For the first surgery, they used both the septum and ear cartilage, but I never wanted to see the tip drooping again, so I went with autologous costal cartilage, which is said to be the stiffest and best for support. It's been two months since the surgery, and my sensation hasn't fully returned yet, but it feels much more stable than two months after the first surgery. Back then I knew nothing and was happy thinking, 'No problem, I can definitely do a pig-nose pose?' and I want to stop my past self... Anyway, this revision surgery turned out well according to my needs, so I'm glad.... I didn't want a third surgery, so looking around and researching clinics and doctors everywhere helped a lot. I think I consulted about 8 places. I wasn't counting carefully; I really just called whenever I had time, made a reservation if they had one, and if not, I moved on. From the day I started consultations to the day of surgery, it took about 3 months.
