I had been stressed for a long time because of protruding cheekbones and an uneven facial line, so after finally gathering my courage and having surgery, quite a bit of time has passed now. There were so many people who saw reviews elsewhere and asked for information, so I wanted to share detailed info here too. Because of the prominent cheekbones, my face looked uneven, and the asymmetry was severe from the front. On top of that, my nasal bridge was low, so I was always bothered by my overall facial balance and kept retouching photos. I felt that fixing just one area would not solve it, so I searched hard for a place that specializes in balancing the face well, and after a consultation with Director Kim Hyun-woo at [Clinic A], I decided right away because there were many reviews saying he is good at working on bone structure. I had a major surgery: two types of facial contouring (cheekbones, square jaw), submental liposuction, mini lifting, and rhinoplasty revision using autologous costal cartilage (bridge + tip). The fact that they suggested an approach focused on overall balance gave me confidence even before surgery. Right after surgery the swelling was so severe that I felt mentally unwell and worried a lot, but as I recovered, I could see the line getting refined day by day, so I got through it by enjoying looking in the mirror. In particular, once the cheekbone area became smoother, my face looked much smaller, and the jawline asymmetry that had bothered me was neatly corrected, so I am very satisfied. For the nose, I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and once the bridge was restored, my side profile improved, and even from the front the asymmetry looks clearly reduced. I felt safe getting surgery here because Director Kim carefully handled everything from consultation to surgery and aftercare. Director Kim Hyun-woo is the best. This is the kind of plastic surgery clinic I want to keep to myself.
